- Contact information is used to detect and prevent fraud, i.e. to prevent fraud against you or UAB „Aqua Vilnius“.
- Personal data is collected to find out which items the customer likes best. We try to supply what interests you the most. In this way we can offer more than other water filter companies.

We use secure third-party payment services, so we do not regularly receive your payment information. Payment information is used if you decide that you want to refund a product (we provide a money return guarantee). It is also used to detect and prevent fraud.

We store information that is said over the phone, on social networks, or during a live chat. This information is collected for two reasons. First of all, doing this we guarantee customer service and support. We know that we are fulfilling the signed contract. We don't leave you even when you buy the filters. Secondly, knowing your equipment, we periodically contact you and offer consultation. This way the information is stored to keep the water filters in order and to keep you satisfied. We also ask if you have any new needs, we try to offer the best possible customer service.
Your shopping history and saved items on the site
We store shopping information - what you bought and kept in your shopping cart. We will retain this information for as long as necessary to provide you with services, including customer support procedures, reporting and trend analysis.
If necessary, your information might be kept for a bit longer. This is done to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes or prevent fraud, abuse, and carry out our terms.
