In case of return of goods - the buyer presents goods purchased by UAB "AQUA VILNIUS" at his own expense, or the buyer will apply to UAB "AQUA VILNIUS" with the submitted request by mail, in free form, so that UAB "AQUA VILNIUS" will take the purchased goods and return the paid amount after deduction of the amount due - the pickup / shipment fee.
When the goods arrive and the goods have not been used, the money is returned within 48 hours **.
